It general takes about 10 days until I can start on a new custom order. Turnaround time depends on mouth of orders in the queue, charms that are in stock or if need to order, charms that may need to be made and life. Feel free to message me to get a better sense of my production time (I often get an increase in volume for orders as larger festivals approach.).

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. If you need it sooner, you will have the option to select the UPS 2 Day shipping.

YES! Once the item has been created, I will message you with images before I send for shipping so that you can make requests for changes or approve to ship.

When placing your order, you have the option to select from our most popular/common themes and/or select something totally custom. Just provide me with some details of your vision and I'll take it from there!

Charms come and go so quickly that there is not enough time or capacity to inventory each charm. The charms on an order will depend on what is in stock at the time. You can look at previous designs through instagram account @plursona or this site to see what charms were used. Then send images with request to use those charms and we will do our best to make sure they make it onto your piece.
