It general takes about 3-5 days until I can start on a new order so allow at least a week for creation. Feel free to message me to get a better sense of my production time (I often get an increase in volume for orders as larger festivals approach.).

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. If you need it sooner, you will have the option to select the UPS 2 Day shipping.

YES! Once the item has been created, I will message you with images before I send for shipping so that you can make requests for changes or approve to ship.
